The ISN team is led by Dave Perry who has 27 years of police experience retiring as one of the most recognizable and successful investigators in the Toronto Police Service. In his distinguished career he has worked on some of the largest and most sensitive investigations in the country. Chris Wilson B.A.S., B. Ed., Vice President,
Training & Education
Chris Wilson, is a decorated law enforcement professional presenting 25 years with the Toronto Police Service. Chris has won the respect of his peers and subordinates throughout the Service for the ability to lead, motivate, and instil a sense of integrity and pride into the job. He has successfully integrated and applied these experiences into his position at Investigative Solutions Network, as Vice President of Training and Education.
Through his career, Chris has shown a strong sense of duty to community. Chris is the recipient of the coveted, City of Toronto, Volunteer of the Year Award and the Jack Sinclair ProAction Award for his work with underprivileged youth. During his police career Chris was presented with the 20 Year Exemplary Service Medal and was the recipient of two Toronto Police Services Board Commendations for outstanding police work.
Chris retired from the Toronto Police Service at the rank of Staff Sergeant, where he managed and trained a platoon of over 50 Police Constables and Sergeants. As a Detective in the Homicide Squad, Chris solved 32 out of 33 cases. Chris also served as a past President of the Toronto Police Amateur Athletic Association and won several medals in the World Police and Fire Games for outstanding athletic achievement.
In the years following his retirement from the Toronto Police Service, Chris continued to show his dedication to the community. As part of the Africa Leadership Program and the Toronto Catholic District School Board's Experiences and Leaders Today Program, Chris led a group of young adults to the Maasai Mara in Kenya to build a schoolroom and teach English, Math, and Athletics to Kipsigi youth. Additionally, he accompanied high school students, as part of the C.P.P.S. Water Project, to Tanzania to build windmills to bring water to villages near Dodoma, Tanzania .
Further, Chris created and currently directs the Toronto Five-O basketball program for at-risk youth funded through ProAction and Sport for Kids Foundation.
It is Chris' commitment to excellence and outstanding team building and motivation skills that make him an invaluable member of the ISN team and enable him to manage even the most complex investigations requiring team surveillance, financial fraud, witness locations, interviewing, accidental/sudden death and statement analysis.
