Security Services and Guard Training

Under the Private Security and Investigative Act(2005) in Ontario, the accredited training of security guards is essential. This legislation recognizes that the world of 'private policing' with private investigators and security guards is to be held accountable in a similar way to the public police. ISN recognizes that the quality of training a security guard receives will impact on the credibility of a security company and the security industry as a whole. We are well placed to provide a complete range of training to ensure that the guards trained by ISN are recognized as industry leaders. The guards we train will receive the hard skills necessary for certification and, in addition, they will receive supplemental training in customer service, crisis management, uniform and deportment, and other topics that will mold them into credible representatives of the security industry.
